Questions about plans and billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every account starts on it, with no credit card and no time limit. It tracks one portfolio of up to 15 holdings, with the calendar, the 12-month forecast, performance and diversification.
What does a paid plan add?
Lite makes holdings unlimited and adds broker sync. Premium, Elite and Ultimate add more portfolios, the screener, calendar sync, the tax reports, the alerts and fresher prices.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Lite and Premium offer a 15-day free trial, once per account, with no card. At the end the account returns to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A year costs ten monthly payments instead of twelve, so two months are free.
Which currency am I charged in?
The currency of the country you are browsing from. Each currency has its own price set for that market, not a conversion at the rate of the day.
Is VAT included?
Yes, except in US dollars (sales tax excluded) and Canadian dollars (GST and HST excluded), which are added at checkout where they apply.
What do I need to start?
An email address and a CSV or Excel export from your broker. The calendar, the forecast and the performance fill in from your holdings.
